Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business/Functional Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the capture and management of business requirements for software development teams
• Perform Agile requirement management activities and conduct user interviews to gather and document requirements
• Develop and maintain project/product backlogs and facilitate backlog refinement sessions

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
• 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
• Expertise with JIRA tools and advanced experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience working in an Agile environment, preferably with Federal Health Agencies
• U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
