Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business/Functional Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the capture and documentation of business requirements for software development teams
Collaborate with stakeholders to manage and refine requirements in an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
Perform Agile requirement management activities and support project documentation and change control processes

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
Experience with JIRA tools and managing large Agile software development projects
Strong background in conducting user interviews and developing business process models
Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
