Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business/Functional Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the capture and management of business requirements for software development teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document and elaborate requirements in an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
• Conduct user interviews and facilitate sessions to develop business process models and specifications

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
• 10 years of professional experience, with additional experience potentially substituting for education
• Strong background in software development and Agile/Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
• Expertise with JIRA tools and experience in large Agile software development projects
• Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
