Key Responsibilities

Lead the capture and management of business requirements for software development teams
Collaborate with stakeholders to document and analyze user needs and functional requirements
Facilitate Agile requirement management activities and backlog refinement sessions

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
Strong background in using JIRA tools for requirements and project management
Experience in large Agile software development or data integration projects
Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust security clearance
