Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will work with customers and internal teams to identify and implement project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and analysis sessions with clients for medium to extra-large projects
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and risks while ensuring clear communication on project goals
• Analyze business processes, produce detailed documentation, and recommend process improvements based on best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or equivalent job-related experience
• 7+ years in a functional or technical role related to software delivery or support
• Experience in SDLC, testing and validating solutions, and working as a Business Analyst
• Proficiency in Microsoft CRM, Visio, Microsoft Project, and SharePoint preferred
• Functional and/or Technical Certifications as deemed appropriate for specialization
