Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Professional Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate a business analyst team's duties and provide guidance to newer team members
• Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical staff to document business requirements
• Analyze and recommend improvements to business processes to support client technology goals

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Healthcare Industry, including 3+ years in Medicaid and Medicare
• Knowledge of computer programming concepts such as configuration and batch processing
• Advanced proficiency in analytical software like Microsoft Excel or SQL
• Experience with requirement-mapping tools such as Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
• Proven leadership abilities and strong communication skills to convey technical ideas effectively
