Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Senior Business Analyst, responsible for coordinating a business analyst team and ensuring client objectives are met, with a focus on IT projects, in a full-time, remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate duties and activities of the business analyst team and mentor new members
• Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical staff to document business requirements
• Analyze and recommend improvements to business processes to align with client technology goals

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, with 3+ years of Medicaid and Medicare experience preferred
• Knowledge of programming concepts including configuration and batch processing
• Advanced proficiency in analytical software such as Microsoft Excel and SQL
• Experience with requirement-mapping tools like Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and communicate effectively with stakeholders
