Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Senior Business Analyst is a full-time remote position responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions, overseeing assigned business areas and applications to optimize user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Consults with stakeholders to determine business objectives and success factors
• Documents business and functional requirements while coordinating with application analysts
• Analyzes system utilization and assists in the development of training materials for users

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in technology or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum five years of experience in banking, technology, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of customer and user system experiences
• Experience supporting digital and electronic banking, including mobile apps
• Experience with deposit and/or loan operations and ACH payments
