Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Senior Business Analyst is a full-time remote position responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions, overseeing assigned business areas to ensure effective system utilization and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Consults with stakeholders to determine business objectives and success factors
• Documents business and functional requirements, and coordinates with application analysts for technical specifications
• Monitors system deliverables and assists in troubleshooting application issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in technology or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum five years of experience in banking, technology, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of customer and user system experiences
• Experience supporting digital banking and knowledge of ACH payments
• Experience in creating business requirements and project documentation
