Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support efficient service delivery and strategic workforce planning, the full-time Senior Business Analyst in Workforce Optimization will manage forecasting for inbound volume, develop workforce management models, and translate analytics into actionable insights, all while working remotely with a preference for onsite presence in NYC once a week.

Key responsibilities

• Own forecasting of inbound volume for various departments, categorized by channel and request type
• Develop and manage workforce management models to enhance member and provider satisfaction
• Act as a strategic partner to Operations leadership, guiding resourcing decisions and capacity planning

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a similar analytical field; Master's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in operations strategy, analytics, or a related role
• Experience with workforce management or capacity planning is a plus
• Proven experience in developing analytical models with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, SQL, Hex)
