Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support healthcare technology initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Business Analyst will coordinate a business analyst team, bridge communication between clients and technical staff, and analyze business processes to enhance client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the duties and activities of a business analyst team while mentoring newer members
• Define, document, and share business requirements by acting as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical staff
• Analyze and recommend improvements to business processes to align with client technology goals

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, with 3+ years in Medicaid and Medicare preferred
• Knowledge of programming concepts such as configuration, development, and batch processing
• Advanced proficiency in analytical software like Microsoft Excel or SQL
• Strong client communication skills for translating needs into actionable objectives
• Leadership qualities to motivate team members and communicate technical ideas effectively
