Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support a large-scale platform transformation, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will analyze current processes, evaluate Salesforce capabilities, and produce high-fidelity mockups while collaborating with UX, product, and operations teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze current-state processes and develop future-state recommendations based on Salesforce's out-of-the-box capabilities
• Produce mockups and user flows independently using modern design tools, ensuring they align with user needs and platform capabilities
• Collaborate with product teams to inform user stories and functional documentation, contributing to the overall product backlog

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a product analyst or senior business analyst role, with at least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce experience
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and experience leading end-to-end process redesign efforts
• Proficient in Agile delivery methodology and modern mockup/prototyping tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate processes and build evidence-based recommendations
