Job Summary

Driving clarity and execution in complex financial systems, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will lead discovery, define requirements, and ensure transaction accuracy while working remotely with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery for payment and transaction lifecycles, translating business needs into clear requirements and data mappings
• Align with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams to prioritize and refine project backlogs, ensuring successful delivery
• Analyze and resolve issues in payment processing and reporting, driving improvements in accuracy and efficiency across financial workflows

Required qualifications

• 4-8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment
• Hands-on experience with transactional systems such as authorization, settlement, and reconciliation
• Strong understanding of transaction lifecycles and financial reporting requirements
• Proven ability to lead discovery and drive alignment across cross-functional teams
• Experience working in agile environments and with agile tools like Scrum, Jira, and Azure DevOps
