Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance user experience for web-based applications, the full-time Senior Business Analyst - Web Portals will partner with stakeholders to define processes and requirements, lead complex initiatives, and provide production support while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define and document processes and software requirements for technology initiatives in collaboration with business teams
• Serve as the primary liaison between business teams, development teams, and vendors to ensure alignment throughout project delivery
• Lead requirements definition and solution shaping for complex, cross-functional initiatives while adhering to change management standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of advanced experience in supporting web-based applications, or equivalent experience with an associate degree or high school diploma
• Experience with Epic software applications, including MyChart and TapestryLink
• Proficiency in software configuration, functional and user acceptance testing, and understanding of the software development life cycle
• In-depth knowledge of business areas and their integration within the company
• Proficiency with business analysis tools such as MS Office, SQL, ServiceNow, Visio, Jira, and Confluence
