Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Workday Enterprise Solutions Team, the full-time remote Senior Business Analyst will lead the optimization of Compensation and Payroll modules, manage complex data analyses, and guide system maintenance and enhancements.

Key responsibilities:

• Provides direction for mapping business processes using advanced methodologies
• Designs and implements complex data reporting and business intelligence systems
• Serves as a subject matter expert on critical technology issues for institutional leadership

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years' experience as a Business Analyst
• Ability to perform complex data collection and analysis
• Experience analyzing business needs and recommending relevant solutions
• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or a related field
