Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

To drive productivity initiatives and enhance operational processes, the full-time remote Senior Business Analyst will manage multiple projects, oversee cross-functional teams, and present results to executives while aligning targets with P&L leaders.

Key responsibilities:

• Organize and run 2-3 projects simultaneously in accordance with TMO standard operating procedures
• Build project business cases, generate targets, and transparently share variance reporting for alignment with AOP
• Establish governance processes and prepare gating artifacts for project teams during TMO gate reviews

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Preferred experience in sales and process improvement
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to generate and test project hypotheses rapidly
• Critical thinking skills to break down complex problems into manageable projects
