Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting patient-centric initiatives, the remote Senior Business Analyst will gather and document business requirements, facilitate communication between stakeholders and delivery teams, and support Agile ceremonies in a contract role.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, including BRD, user stories, and functional specifications
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and delivery teams to ensure clear communication
• Facilitate meetings and Agile ceremonies to promote efficient project execution and delivery

Required qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate across teams effectively
• Experience in Pharma, Life Sciences, or Digital Health is a plus
