Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction, the full-time remote Senior Business Analyst will perform business analysis, develop complex queries, and collaborate with key stakeholders to support critical business initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provides business analysis for designing, developing, testing, and implementing business data output
• Facilitates sessions with diverse teams to agree on changes to reporting requirements
• Develops and runs complex business queries for analytics and collaborates with IT partners to document business requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Three (3) years of related work experience, or High School/GED with seven (7) years of related work experience
• Experience with SAP ISU and Hana Studio
• In-depth knowledge of the Customer Data Model, particularly Piedmont's data
• Familiarity with Piedmont's billing policies and practices
