Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Focusing on optimizing reporting workflows and reducing manual effort, the remote Senior Business Analyst (Data Automation & Reporting) will automate processes in highly regulated environments, audit existing workflows, and ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Audit existing reporting workflows to identify manual touchpoints and define technical requirements for automation
• Investigate reporting errors and collaborate with technical teams to implement automated validation fixes
• Lead validation efforts for new automated reports and create comprehensive user documentation for smooth transitions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Data Analyst
• At least 3 years of experience in analyzing business processes and documenting workflows to reduce manual workloads
• Proven experience with enterprise dashboarding tools (Power BI/Tableau) and automated reporting
• Strong skills in SQL and Excel for data validation and analysis
