Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Acting as an internal consultant, the full-time remote Senior Business Analyst will provide strategic recommendations to executive clients on value-based care arrangements, synthesize complex performance results, and ensure the successful completion of service level agreements with internal partners.

Key responsibilities

• Provide actionable insights and recommendations on value-based care to regional and system executive clients
• Synthesize complex performance data into understandable outputs for stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements and performance management objectives related to Value Based Care and Population Health Informatics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health informatics, BSE, BBA, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 4 years of experience communicating with healthcare leadership and front-line caregivers
• 2 years of experience working with healthcare claims and/or Electronic Medical Record billing data
