Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Providing strategic insights and recommendations to executive clients, the full-time remote Senior Business Analyst will focus on value-based care performance, ensuring successful completion of service level agreements and driving population health informatics initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Synthesize complex value-based care performance results into understandable outputs for stakeholders
• Develop actionable insights from internal tools and population health sources to support service areas
• Ensure adherence to service level agreements and performance management structures within the team

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health informatics, BSE, BBA, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 4 years of experience communicating with healthcare leadership and front-line caregivers
• 2 years of experience working with healthcare claims and/or Electronic Medical Record billing data
