Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

To provide strategic insights and recommendations for value-based arrangements, the full-time remote Senior Business Analyst will act as an internal consultant, synthesizing complex performance results and ensuring successful completion of service level agreements with internal partners.

Key responsibilities

• Synthesize complex value-based care performance results into understandable outputs for executive clients
• Develop strategic insights into readiness for adoption of additional risk in the healthcare system's risk arrangement portfolio
• Ensure successful completion of service level agreements and performance management objectives within the Value Based Care and Population Health Informatics team

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health informatics, BSE, BBA, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 4 years of experience communicating with healthcare leadership and front-line caregivers
• 2 years of experience working with healthcare claims and/or Electronic Medical Record billing data
