Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Acting as an internal consultant, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will provide strategic recommendations to regional and system executive clients regarding value-based arrangements, synthesizing complex performance results and ensuring the successful completion of service level agreements in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients on value-based care performance
• Synthesize complex data into understandable outputs for healthcare leadership and caregivers
• Ensure successful completion of service level agreements and performance management objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health informatics, BSE, BBA, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 4 years of experience communicating with healthcare leadership and front-line caregivers
• 2 years of experience working with healthcare claims and/or Electronic Medical Record billing data
