Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Acting as an internal consultant, the full-time remote Senior Business Analyst will provide strategic insights and recommendations to executive clients regarding value-based care arrangements, synthesizing complex performance data and ensuring successful completion of service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strategic insights into readiness for additional risk adoption in value-based care
• Synthesize complex performance results into understandable outputs for executive clients
• Ensure successful completion of service level agreements and performance management objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health informatics, BSE, BBA, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 4 years of experience communicating with healthcare leadership and front-line caregivers
• 2 years of experience working with healthcare claims and/or Electronic Medical Record billing data
