Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Acting as an internal consultant, the full-time remote Senior Business Analyst will provide strategic insights and recommendations on value-based care performance, ensuring successful completion of service level agreements and managing risk arrangement portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Synthesize complex value-based care performance results into understandable outputs for executive clients
• Develop strategic insights into readiness for adopting additional risk in the healthcare system
• Ensure the successful completion of service level agreements and performance management objectives with internal partners

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health informatics, BSE, BBA, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 4 years of experience communicating with healthcare leadership and front-line caregivers
• 2 years of experience working with healthcare claims and/or Electronic Medical Record billing data
