Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as a primary coordination interface for federal partner organizations, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will support onboarding, engagement, and operational readiness activities, working remotely or onsite to communicate system capabilities and manage relationships with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of eRA system functionality to present to partners and stakeholders
• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing engagement activities with assigned federal partner organizations
• Prepare executive briefings and facilitate information exchange between partner organizations and eRA teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Information Technology as a Business/Systems Analyst, including 2 years in a senior or lead capacity
• Demonstrated experience with federal grants management across the full lifecycle
• At least 3 years of experience in documenting and managing requirements in an Agile environment
• Experience preparing executive-level briefings for senior leadership audiences
• Proven ability to manage relationships with external stakeholders or partner organizations
