Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Leading a team of Analysts and Developers, the remote Senior Business Analyst will drive complex AI-intensive solutions for the Asset Valuation Business Domain, focusing on requirements lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement, and data readiness for a new generation platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full requirements lifecycle, including elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation for AI/ML features in Asset Valuation
• Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing while maintaining traceability across business requirements and functional specifications
• Engage with stakeholders across trading, risk, compliance, and technology to align on outcomes and contribute to governance and change management processes

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Asset Valuation or adjacent financial domains
• Previous experience as a data/business analyst in capital markets
• Demonstrated expertise in valuation requirements, modeling, and documentation skills
• Experience with big data environments and large-scale analytical workflows
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience
