Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as a critical contributor to the Revenue Cycle Operations Strategic Initiatives Team, the full-time remote Senior Business Analyst will support enterprise strategy and optimization efforts, driving workflow improvements and delivering actionable insights to enhance operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead key projects to improve workflows, financial performance, and system alignment across the revenue cycle
• Develop metrics and analyze business impacts to support high-priority strategic projects
• Design and build dashboards and reports using Power BI to meet departmental and enterprise needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or Accounting
• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a strategic analytical role
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI with a strong portfolio of interactive dashboards
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and data validation
• Solid understanding of business metrics, KPIs, and healthcare revenue cycle concepts
