Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting data-driven decisions in a remote environment, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will analyze eCommerce data, identify trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and drive strategic projects.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze key digital and operational drivers to identify trends influencing demand forecasting
• Partner with eCommerce, merchandising, and marketing teams to improve forecasting inputs
• Deliver recurring and ad hoc reporting, deep dives, and performance recaps across various timeframes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in math, statistics, business analytics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in business analytics
• 5+ years of experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and statistical computing tools (e.g., R, SPSS)
• 5+ years of experience with analysis tools including Excel (advanced macros), VBA, R, SPSS, Python, and SAS
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Azure)
