Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support healthcare technology initiatives, the fully remote Senior Business Analyst will coordinate a business analyst team, define and document business requirements, and analyze business processes to improve client outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the duties and activities of a business analyst team while mentoring newer members
• Serve as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical staff to document business requirements
• Analyze and recommend improvements to business processes in alignment with client technology goals

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Healthcare Industry, with a preference for Medicaid and Medicare experience
• Experience documenting requirements for claims, reference, and BPA areas
• Knowledge of claims testing and how edits and audits work
• Advanced knowledge in analytical software such as Microsoft Excel or SQL
• Strong understanding of third-party liability (TPL) and computer programming concepts
