Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the NIH client, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will coordinate onboarding, engagement, and operational readiness activities, leveraging deep grants management experience while working remotely or onsite in Bethesda, MD.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary coordination interface for federal partner organizations during onboarding and ongoing engagement
• Prepare executive briefings and facilitate information exchange between partner organizations and business teams
• Analyze and communicate coordination gaps, unresolved issues, and operational risks to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Information Technology as a Business/Systems Analyst, including 2 years in a senior or lead capacity
• Demonstrated experience with federal grants management, ideally with full lifecycle exposure
• Direct experience with NIH grants management or a comparable federal system
• At least 3 years of experience documenting and managing requirements in an Agile environment
• Experience preparing executive-level briefings for senior leadership audiences
