Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support healthcare initiatives, the fully remote Senior Business Analyst will coordinate a business analyst team, bridge communication between clients and technical staff, and analyze business processes to enhance technology goals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate team duties and mentor newer members on IT projects
• Define, document, and communicate business requirements between clients and project teams
• Analyze and recommend improvements to business processes to support client technology objectives

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, with 3+ years in Medicaid and Medicare preferred
• Knowledge of programming concepts, configuration, and batch processing
• Advanced proficiency in analytical software like Microsoft Excel or SQL
• Strong ability to translate client needs into actionable objectives
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills to engage with business leaders and technical personnel
