Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support client objectives in healthcare technology, the full-time remote Senior Business Analyst will lead business analysis efforts, gather and document requirements, and manage client-driven change requests while collaborating with technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a bridge between clients, project managers, and technical teams to gather and communicate business requirements
• Support and manage client-driven change requests, ensuring clarity in scope and impacts
• Analyze requirements with developer leads to propose solution options and coordinate testing activities to validate outcomes

Required qualifications

• Approximately 5-6 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role supporting technology initiatives
• Strong experience in translating business needs into actionable requirements and solution designs
• Solid understanding of system development life cycle concepts, including testing and implementation
• Proficiency with analytical and requirements management tools
• Experience in client-facing environments with the ability to work independently
