Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

To drive digital transformation initiatives, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will partner with business leaders to identify and prioritize automation and AI opportunities, translating operational inefficiencies into actionable solutions across various platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, conducting discovery workshops to identify and evaluate automation and AI opportunities
• Document and translate business requirements into clear solution specifications for process automation and AI-assisted workflows
• Oversee multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives through User Acceptance Testing and implementation readiness

Required qualifications

• BA/BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in automation, AI, or complex enterprise technology initiatives
• Strong understanding of business processes and technology's role in achieving measurable outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution in evolving environments
• Exceptional communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
