Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior Business Analyst will support various projects within the Division of Eligibility Systems, including oversight of major system implementations and providing assistance in the Director's office.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee major system implementations and assist Division Management with project-related issues
• Review legislative bills and Statements of Work, providing necessary feedback
• Generate monthly issuance reports and assist in validating high-profile data requests

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of recent, relevant work experience
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in public assistance programs
• Experience with defining business problems and documenting requirements
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodology
• Ability to work independently and manage a heavy workload with minimal supervision
