Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Leading cross-functional initiatives in a remote environment, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will manage end-to-end requirements across the Software Development Life Cycle, collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to deliver solutions that drive measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering for complex initiatives, from discovery to delivery
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to analyze processes and design improved workflows
• Ensure traceability and manage evolving scope across the SDLC while supporting QA and UAT

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Sr. Business Analyst across the SDLC
• Proven ability to produce clear, actionable deliverables such as user stories and process flows
• Strong understanding of systems, integrations, and data flows
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with business, product, engineering, and QA teams
