Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance designated hospital business units, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will lead client projects, manage relationships with director and manager-level clients, and provide strategic recommendations while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction through value-enhancing ideas and business tools
• Compile and report statistical and financial information using databases and Excel, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Lead and support business development projects, identifying opportunities and analyzing market feedback

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a similar role
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education
• Strong analytical skills with intermediate proficiency in Excel and database tools
• Knowledge of hospital systems and finance & accounting principles
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate professionally with clients and colleagues
