Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support healthcare technology initiatives, the fully remote Senior Business Analyst will coordinate team activities, bridge communication between clients and technical staff, and analyze business processes to enhance client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the duties of a business analyst team on IT projects while mentoring newer team members
• Define, document, and communicate business requirements and expected impacts between clients and project teams
• Analyze and recommend improvements to business processes to align with client technology goals

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, including 3+ years in Medicaid and Medicare
• Familiarity with programming concepts, including configuration and development
• Advanced skills in analytical software such as Microsoft Excel and SQL
• Strong ability to translate client needs into actionable objectives
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
