Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Transforming complex data into strategic recommendations, the full-time remote Senior Business Analyst will analyze large datasets, develop data-driven insights, and build automated reporting solutions to enhance customer excellence and improve key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and correlate large datasets to identify trends and business opportunities
• Develop data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements
• Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and reports for ongoing visibility into business performance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in business analytics or data analysis
• Strong track record of analyzing complex business problems and delivering actionable insights
• Experience with business case development, including cost-benefit and ROI analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of SQL
• Proven ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership
