Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support the payment integrity team, the full-time remote Senior Business Analyst will manage the gathering and documentation of business requirements, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions while facilitating user acceptance testing and project management activities.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements while collaborating on project plans and facilitating requirements verification sessions
• Oversee user acceptance testing, including documentation and issue resolution, while providing guidance and training to end users
• Monitor project status, report risks, and coordinate projects from concept through implementation to ensure timely and quality deliverables

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• 5 years of progressive experience in business analysis, systems analysis, testing, or related analytical roles
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality, effective deliverables on time
• Strong knowledge of business products and services, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in monitoring and reporting project status to mitigate risks and ensure quality outcomes
