Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and analytical, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will focus on Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementation projects, working remotely to gather requirements, analyze processes, and support the design and deployment of tailored CLM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and workshops to gather and validate business requirements for CLM projects
• Analyze current-state contract lifecycle processes and collaborate with clients to design future-state processes
• Configure CLM systems based on requirements and support testing phases to ensure solution quality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on CLM or related contract management software
• Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution configuration within a CLM system
• Proficiency in process mapping and business analysis techniques
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
