Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting complex healthcare IT initiatives, the remote Senior Business Analyst will manage requirements, design, and testing activities while collaborating with project teams to deliver high-quality system solutions for clients in the Medicaid sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own structured solution artifacts to define system changes, driving them from initial definition through implementation and closure
• Elicit, document, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements, translating them into actionable deliverables for technical teams
• Analyze business processes and system impacts, identifying opportunities for improved efficiency and alignment with project objectives

Required qualifications

• Six or more years of experience as a Business Analyst or requirements analyst
• Experience supporting healthcare or Medicaid system implementations
• Proven experience in developing structured requirements and supporting design documentation
• Strong knowledge of requirements elicitation and SDLC/PLC processes
• Ability to analyze and document business processes across multiple functional areas
