Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the delivery of AI-driven voice and automation initiatives, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will work remotely to translate business needs into actionable requirements and drive projects from concept through implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
• Support the design and delivery of AI-powered voice automation and intelligent workflows
• Coordinate work across multiple teams and facilitate requirements-gathering sessions

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role (Project Management, Scrum, Product, etc.)
• Experience supporting technology-enabled initiatives in cross-functional environments
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies
• Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfort working with systems, integrations, and technical concepts
