Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior Business Analyst will capture and translate complex business requirements into technical specifications, contribute to design processes, and support user acceptance testing to enhance user experience and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Capture and analyze requirements for complex systems across multiple stakeholders, applying the SDLC to deliverables
• Contribute to design processes to optimize user experience and ensure business requirements are met
• Develop project testing strategies and support user acceptance testing to ensure quality in application releases

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience in requirements analysis and business process modeling
• Knowledge of major production application systems and their application in service delivery
• Experience with software product business operations and application delivery processes
• Understanding of process improvement methodologies and customer-focused solutions
• Familiarity with credit card platforms such as TSYS/FIS and Mastercard
