Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance business processes across the Stop Loss value chain, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will analyze current operations, design optimized workflows, and facilitate collaboration with stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and document current-state business processes, identifying inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Design future-state workflows and develop detailed business requirements, including business rules and decision logic
• Facilitate workshops and cross-functional collaboration to drive consensus on process changes and solution approaches

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Experience facilitating workshops and process design sessions
• Strong documentation and requirements skills
• Experience working with Agile delivery teams
• Insurance operations experience strongly preferred
