Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Collaborating with business stakeholders, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will define application requirements, produce functional designs, and serve as a liaison between business and engineering teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to define application requirements and produce developer-friendly functional designs
• Conduct user story grooming sessions and coordinate discussions between engineering and business stakeholders
• Analyze and evaluate business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend impactful changes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
• Typically 8+ years of Business Analyst experience required
• Experience in producing functional designs, user stories, and wireframes
• Knowledge of business processes and technology solutions
• Ability to mentor other Business Analysts and guide issue resolution
