Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support business process improvements, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will work remotely to gather, analyze, and document business requirements while facilitating communication between stakeholders and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document user and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs and project plans
• Oversee user acceptance testing, including documentation and issue resolution, while providing training to end users
• Monitor project status and manage risks, coordinating projects from concept through implementation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or an additional 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• 5 years of progressive experience in business analysis, systems analysis, testing, or other analytical roles
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality, effective deliverables on time
• Experience with Facets and Government Programs (Medicare, Medicaid, DSNP) is preferred
• Strong knowledge of business products and services, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
