Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely from anywhere in the U.S., the full-time Senior Business Analyst will analyze complex data sets, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and support strategic business initiatives to enhance performance and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze and forecast complex, multi-source data to identify trends and opportunities
• Translate insights into clear recommendations for operational and strategic decisions
• Design and implement solutions through analysis of data, processes, and models

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with SQL, SAS, PYTHON, R programming, and/or data manipulation
• 3+ years of experience in preparing, creating, and managing reporting and analysis
• 2+ years of experience in creating and managing data reporting dashboards using Power BI or equivalent software
• Advanced level of proficiency with MS Excel, including VBA and advanced formulas
