Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
Focused on analyzing and optimizing healthcare workflows, the full-time remote Senior Business Analyst will leverage Epic EMR expertise and RPA tools to identify automation opportunities, create process documentation, and collaborate with technical teams to enhance efficiency and standardization in healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed process analysis and documentation of healthcare workflows
- Identify and quantify automation opportunities with clear ROI calculations
- Work closely with RPA developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in process/business analysis, preferably in healthcare
- Healthcare certifications (CRCR, RHIA) or RPA certifications
- Experience with healthcare systems such as Epic or Cerner
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations and standards (HL7, FHIR, EDI)
- Background in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
