Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance delivery business operations, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will manage the work intake and prioritization process, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze business processes, and ensure alignment of business initiatives with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the prioritization of feature enhancements and defects to improve commercial and revenue operations
• Collaborate with various departments to complete business process and requirements mapping and ensure comprehensive documentation
• Develop and maintain business documentation standards, including business requirements documents and process flows

Required qualifications

• 8-10 years of Business Systems Analysis experience, preferably with Salesforce Administration background
• 2-3 years of project management experience with a strong understanding of SDLC in Agile or hybrid environments
• Experience with CRM, PSA, and ERP platforms such as Salesforce and NetSuite
• Extensive experience in data modeling and process mapping
• Proven ability to lead workshops and build consensus among diverse business units
